Automation Controllers
Rorze offers two series of Controllers to provide communication, input/output, and motion control for your automation needs. The RC-400 series is a new generation product that provides the flexibility and data communication speeds to respond to the most challenging global semiconductor processing standards.

The Rorze group of companies is eager to match your requirements to this flexible family of Controllers. The primary function of each control element is described below.

LINK MASTER FUNCTION:
The Link Master is a flexible Communication Controller that interfaces to a system host computer It greatly reduces the computing burden for the host and provides supervision over multiple I/O and Motion ontrollers. With communication speeds
up to 921.6 kbps, the RC-400 Controller will guide system communication at distances up to 1.2 km.

I/O MASTER FUNCTION:
The RC-410 I/O controller can be configured with 16 input and 16 output ports. It can control positioning of stepping motors using a variety of drivers and oscillators. Complex motions can be achieved with simultaneous control of two motors to synchronize robot movement over two axis, while constantly monitoring for potential stalls.

GENERATE MASTER FUNCTION:
The RC-420 motion controller provides a software-based pulse generation flexibility to control both stepping and servo motors. A variety of algorithms can be programmed to create custom acceleration/deceleration patterns to meet your most challenging semiconductor automation needs.
